Engage Summer 2024 Release

In our unwavering dedication to providing top-tier CRM solutions, we are excited to introduce Engage's latest release. This update has significant enhancements and optimizations to elevate your CRM experience.

Our primary focus with this release is improving performance, enhancing ease of use, and addressing user-reported issues. We've implemented several fixes and performance upgrades to ensure a smoother and more reliable user experience.

Workflow Manager Updates

Percent Complete Field Locked When Checklist Present

If a checklist is associated with a Task in a Workflow, the Percent Complete field will be locked. A lock icon appears next to the field name to indicate the field is locked for editing. This field will be calculated based on the percentage of the checklist that has been marked complete. If there is no checklist on the Workflow Task, the field will remain unlocked and editable.

Associated Data Sub Grid Now an Editable Grid

The Associated Data Sub Grid now allows inline editing, enhancing user experience. Data entry is now more streamlined in Workflow Manager. Instead of clicking Edit and going to a different screen, click on the field you want to edit and begin typing, then select the associated record or enter your text and save.

Form and User Interface Enhancements

Appropriate Phone Number Formatting on Contact Quick Create Forms

Previously, when a user entered a business phone number on the Quick Create: Contact form, the telephone number formatting was not applied. Now, the formatting will match the pre-existing telephone number formatting.

Refined Company Entity Tabs

We've made a significant update to improve user experience and data organization for the Company entity. The previously labeled Employment History tab under the Company entity has been renamed to Related Contacts (Employment Histories). Now, users can view and manage employment histories in the context of their related contacts, providing a more holistic view of their company’s relationships. This enhancement will streamline operations and improve efficiency in managing company data.

Company Lookup Field Available on Lead Form

Previously, an Institutional Lead could not be associated with the related company record in the Pipeline. This enhancement allows users to associate a Lead with a company record from the creation of the lead record, streamlining the user experience for Lead management. Upon qualification of the Lead, the Opportunity will automatically be associated with the correct Company, reducing the manual intervention needed from the user.

Upon qualification of the Lead with an associated Company record, the newly created Opportunity record is linked to the Company.
